To ensure your benefits and activate the 3-month official warranty, please follow these instructions:
1. Scan the QR code
• On the racket body, next to the warranty sticker, there is a printed warranty QR code.
• Use your phone's camera or a QR code scanning app to open the Warranty Registration Page.

2. Fill in the information
Please fill in all the required information on the form:
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email
• Address
👉 After completing, click "Finish" / "Active Warranty".

3. Warranty Benefits
• Proton supports repairing or replacing products within the warranty period if defects arise from the manufacturer.
• Warranty does not apply to cases of:
• Damage due to impact, drops, or improper storage
• Warranty sticker is no longer intact
• Unauthorized disassembly or repair of the product
• Expiration of the warranty period
