Delivery policy

PicklePlay Vietnam has a nationwide delivery service, applicable to customers who purchase on the website, fanpage and by phone, not applicable to customers who purchase directly.

1. Subject and scope of transportation:

• Delivery policy applies to all customers who order through our website.
• We will fulfill all shipping requirements for customers nationwide.

2. Shipping method:

A. Receive goods directly

• Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the documents and warranty card before receiving the goods.
• In case the goods have to be transferred from the warehouse, the sales staff will contact you to renegotiate the delivery time.

B. Inner city delivery: Hanoi area

• Free delivery within 3 km radius.
• Delivery staff will contact customers without time requirements in advance to arrange a suitable time with the customer.
• For customers with time requirements, delivery staff will contact and arrange delivery at the time requested by the customer.
• Except in cases of urgent time or outside of store working hours, staff will contact and renegotiate with the customer for a reasonable time.
• Please check the product carefully upon receipt from the delivery staff. If there is any problem related to the type, design, quality, or quantity of the goods that are not as described in the order, please notify us immediately for coordination. If there is no problem, please receive the goods and make full payment.
• In case for some reason the delivery staff cannot deliver the goods on time, we will contact and notify you.

C. Interprovincial delivery: Through delivery services

• When placing an order, please fill in the required information completely and accurately as required to facilitate us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for cases of delayed or lost delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.
• Delivery time: 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays or holidays). Shipping fee is negotiated between the two parties.
• Please check the goods carefully upon receipt from the delivery person. If there is any problem related to the type, quality, or quantity of goods that are not as described in the order, please notify us immediately to coordinate with the delivery person to handle the problem.
