Warranty and return policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on the PicklePlay Vietnam website. Last updated: 11 October 2026.

1. Customers in Vietnam

  • Time limit: returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product. The time of receipt is based on the postmark on the order or the carrier's delivery confirmation.
  • Conditions: the product must be unopened with its seal intact, unused, with original tags, packaging and all included accessories and gifts.
  • Defective, damaged or wrong items: please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order to have the item exchanged for a new one.

2. International customers

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective products or wrong items.
  • Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos or a video showing the defect.
  • Returns and exchanges for any other reason are not accepted.

3. Shipping costs

The customer pays all shipping costs arising from a return or exchange, including the cost of sending the product back to PicklePlay Vietnam and the cost of delivering the replacement product.

4. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Products outside the time limits stated above.
  • Products that have been unsealed, show signs of use, or are missing tags or packaging (this does not apply to defective or wrong items).
  • Products missing any of the accessories or gifts included at delivery.

5. Refunds

  • If you do not want an exchange, we will refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund amount and method depend on the condition of the product, the time of the return and the related order.

6. How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact us by hotline, WhatsApp or Zalo at (+84) 969 806 808, or by email at support@pickleplay.vn, with your order number and photos of the product.
  2. Once your request is confirmed, send the product to: PicklePlay Vietnam, J02-12 An Phu Shop Villa, Duong Noi Urban Area, Ha Dong, Hanoi, Vietnam.

We do not accept products sent back without a confirmed return request.
