Warranty and return policy
For the benefit of our customers, PicklePlay Vietnam applies a 24-hour return period from the time the customer receives the product. The return period is determined based on the postmark on the order or the delivery note of PicklePlay Vietnam's delivery staff.
CONDITIONS To exchange a product, the following requirements must be met:
- The product is still within the exchange period and is registered for exchange according to the instructions.
- The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, with intact labels (if any), and no signs of use.
- The product is still in its original packaging and accessories (if any). If the product you purchased from us is damaged or defective upon receipt and is still within the exchange period, you can follow the Exchange Instructions to be replaced with a new product. If you feel that the product you received is damaged due to substandard packaging, please contact us via the hotline on the website. If you receive a product that you did not order, please contact us immediately for assistance.
The following products will not be exchanged:
- The product is no longer within the specified exchange period.
- The product is not in the same condition as when delivered, showing signs of use (missing label, box, tested...)
- The product no longer has all the accessories as when delivered.
Cash back policy:
- In case you do not want to exchange for another product, we will refund you cash within 07 days from the time we receive the product back.

Refund Policy:
- When you exchange a product, the amount and form of refund will be adjusted depending on the condition of the exchanged product, the time you exchange it, and the order corresponding to the exchange order.
