PicklePlay Vietnam's inspection and receipt policy

Before paying and receiving the product, you have the right to check the goods. When receiving the goods, please follow these steps:

1. Open the package and carefully check the quantity and product model to ensure it matches the order placed.
2. No testing/using of product before deciding to pay.
3. In case of agreement with the product:
   • Payment to delivery staff (for COD orders)
   • Receive goods from delivery staff
4. In case of dissatisfaction with the product:
   • Right to refuse delivery
   • There will be an additional return shipping cost equal to the original shipping cost.

Important Note:

• The delivery staff must wait for you to check the goods. If the staff refuses, please contact the hotline 0969.806.808.
• After successful delivery, PicklePlay Vietnam will not be responsible for the quantity, design and quality of the product.
• When opening the package, avoid using sharp objects to avoid damaging the product.
• In case the product is damaged due to Customer's fault, PicklePlay Vietnam will not support exchange/return/warranty.
